Theme : WATER
Entry to competition is free and open to all ages.
Entry Forms and Rules are available at the front desk of the Wheeler Memorial Library.
All entries must be submitted by September 30th. They will be on display for voting until October 31st.
1st Place is $25, 2nd Place is $15.
Space is limited.
