Do I have to pay anything if I damage or lose the library materials I borrowed?

Patrons are expected to return library materials in the condition they were in when borrowed. If a book, dvd, or other item on your account was damaged or lost you are responsible for the replacement cost.

If the damaged or lost item was owned by the Orange Public Libraries you may pay with cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card by logging into your CWMARS account. Library staff may accept a replacement copy in new condition in lieu of payment at their discretion. Checks or money orderes must be made out to "Town of Orange" with "book replacement" written on the memo line.

If the damaged or lost item was owned by another library you may pay with a credit or debit card by logging into your CWMARS account. If you prefer another method of payment please contact the owning library directly.
